A long-time student and assistant of internationally renowned teacher and muse Shiva Rea, Shuli’s classes aim to balance hard work with internal reflection and relaxation. Her goal is for yoga practice to feel like an adventure, an enjoyable exploration, and an opportunity to let go and flow regardless of level or experience. Shuli served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a combat field instructor. Her classes blend together and incorporate her knowledge of martial arts, positive psychology, movement meditation, and Ayurveda to make practice a fun, sweaty, and transformative experience.
