Mark’s specialties include fat loss and functional strength training. Mark is also an avid golfer and is a Certified Golf Fitness Trainer with the Titleist Performance Institute. Mark is passionate about working with clients to produce the results you want.
Mark is wonderful to work with! He’s very knowledgeable and has a diverse knowledge set of different training styles. He’s professional and listens to the wants and gals of his clients. Working with Mark McKenna has be transformational.
